Klaus is an AI assistant platform that helps teams work more efficiently. Our services include:

• AI-powered assistance via Slack, web chat, and other interfaces
• Integration with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Custom skills and workflows for your team
• Task execution and automation capabilities

To use our services, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Access accounts or services without proper authorization
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our AI systems

You retain ownership of your data, documents, and any content you provide to Klaus. We retain ownership of the Klaus platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation.

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the services.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude AI), Google Workspace, and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.

Klaus offers various subscription plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usebits Inc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions Klaus takes on your behalf.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usebits Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
